TOMSTOCK is a woodstock style event held each year in Independence, MO to benefit the H8 Cancer Foundation. Admission to Tomstock is totally free but we do kindly ask that while at the event you stop by the H8 Cancer tent and make however small or large a donation you feel comfortable with. Every little bit helps and you can be sure your support is going to a great and worthy cause. Dry camping space(no hookups) is available at the event site for RVs, Campers, and Tents however space is limited so please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your spot. If you wish to stay offsite we would be happy to provide you with more information on where to stay and local hotel discounts. Tomstock provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the event site every 1/2 hour from many nearby hotels. Time:
10:00am - Gates open for drop off
11:00am - Shuttles begin running from Paul Kinder Middle School and Drury Inn (NO ON-SITE PARKING & no motorized vehicles in the amphitheater area)
1:00pm to 12:00am - Bands will perform
12:00am - Fireworks immediately following last band
1:00am - Last shuttle
Who:
Tomstock is a Free, invitation only event. Contact Team H8 Racing if you would like an invitation. Team H8 Racing plans to have at least 1 of our boats and drivers at this epic event. Tomstock is an adult only event. All guests must be at least 25 years old.
Accommodations:
A block of rooms is available at the Drury Inn, with free shuttle service to and from TomStock grounds.
Limited RV space is available on site.
Unlimited tent camping is available on site.
Food & Beverages:
Backyard Burger will again be on site selling lunch and dinner.
Please bring your own beverages and snacks as none will be available.
Ice will be sold on site.
Fun Stuff:
T-shirts and party favors will be sold on site the day of the event only.
Tomstock 2014 was a huge success! Thanks to your support, the H8 Cancer Foundation raised over $75,000 from our efforts.
Tomstock is a privately funded party and none of your donation dollars are used to sponsor the event. 100% of your donations will benefit the H8 Cancer Foundation. The H8 Cancer Foundation will be on-site again this year to accept donations or you can donate via the H8 Cancer site. We hope you will mark your calendars and save the date for Tomstock 2015.
